Our manufacturing capacity: Accommodates substantial structural elements, with members up to 1200mm deep, 650mm wide, and 20 metres in length, placing most mass timber projects well within our scope.

Precision Connections and Assembly
Accurate joint preparation is critical to seamless installation.
Fully prepared connection components: Including slotting, drilling, recessing, profiling, internal knife plates, and mid-beam connections to ensure precision fit and efficient on-site assembly.
Pre-assembly: Complex connection details can be completed in our factory, reducing on-site labour and risk. From pinned connections to nailed gussets and self-drilling dowels, our team has the expertise to execute even the most intricate details with confidence.
Protection and Finishing
We understand the importance of protecting timber during construction.
Temporary protective coatings: Designed to last 2–3 months through the build phase, with the option to overcoat with your specified finish.
Final coatings option: Talk to us about applying coatings in-factory for a complete, ready-to-install solution.
