Size

Radius:

• Any radius can be produced (including subtle cambers, curved top and bottom plates, multiple curves)

  • Curves greater than 1.0m radius are setup on our curve press, and are economical to produce

  • Curves less than 1.0m radius require special jigs, and incur significant setup and build costs

Lengths:

• Dependent on curve radius / shape

Notes on ordering curves:

• We can produce curves that have a constant curvature, variable curvature or multiple curves

• We can finish to any size required

• Cost is dependent on radius, lamination thickness, complexity and length

• Provide us with a fixed radius, detailed drawings or a template
